After years of defining myself by what I had achieved, motherhood undid the scaffolding I’d built around who I thought I was. It broke me open. I tried to return to my old self, but she no longer fit. Healing taught me that we don’t go back — instead, we unfold into who we were always meant to become.
I founded The Small Elephant from that truth.
A brand dedicated to supporting emotional wellness through mindful, nervous-system-informed design. Our products are especially supportive for families with sensitive or neurodivergent nervous systems, including ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences.
We design affirmation tools, mirror decals, and mindful gifts that help families reconnect in the moments that matter. And coming soon, we’re introducing our patent-pending linear time clock, built to make transitions smoother, evenings calmer, and connection more accessible.
Because every family deserves tools that support their inner world — not just their schedule.
